This privacy policy governs your use of the software applications Rules of the Road Pro and Rules of the Road Lite ("the Applications") for mobile devices, which were created by Mike Pellittiere ("the Developer").

1. Data Collection and Use

The Applications do not access, collect, track, store, use, or share any user data, personal information, or device identifiers. All interactions, application states, and scores within the Applications are stored strictly on your local device and are not transmitted to the Developer or any third party.

2. Third-Party Access, Analytics, and SDKs

The Applications do not utilize any third-party software development kits (SDKs), advertising networks, tracking tools, or analytics services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase, or Crashlytics). No data is shared with any third-party entities for any purpose.

3. Account Creation

The Applications do not require, allow, or support user account creation, registration, or profile setup. Because no user accounts are created, no personal credentials or account data are stored or processed.

4. User-Initiated Communications

The only circumstance under which the Developer may receive information from you is if you voluntarily choose to contact the Developer for support or inquiries via email.

• Transmission: Emails are handled entirely external to the Applications, utilizing your device's default email client. Data transmission relies on standard encrypted email protocols (TLS/HTTPS) managed by your email service provider.
• Purpose: Any information incidentally sent (such as your email address and message content) is used solely to respond to your specific inquiry.
• Retention and Deletion: Historical support emails are retained only as long as necessary to address your feedback. You may request the permanent deletion of your email history at any time by sending a request to ror@pellittiere.com. Upon receipt, an acknowledgment will be sent, and all emails associated with that email address will be permanently deleted from the Developer's records.

5. Security

Because the Applications do not collect or transmit user data from your device, your personal information is fundamentally protected against external transmission threats. For any information you provide voluntarily via email support, standard operational and administrative measures are taken to maintain the confidentiality of those communications.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Developer will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page (https://pellittiere.com/ror/privacy.html) and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top.
