Rules of the Road (both Pro and Lite versions) does not collect and transmit any data by or about the user or their interactions within the app.
The only way the developer knows anything about a user is if they send a message via email. In which case, standard email information is sent by the user. Any information incidentally sent is not used for any purpose other than to respond to the email. Historical emails can be deleted, by request, by sending an email. An acknowledgment will be sent and then all emails with that email address will be deleted.
